24th Nov - Murders & Margaritas

Max Burns-McRuvie will bring the sinful side of Sydney’s history back to life through notorious true crime storytelling accompanied with deliciously wicked margaritas.

Murder and mystery stories from the 1880s – 1930s will be our particular brand of tequila as we rewind the clock to expose sex scandals and serial killers from the darker days of our city’s past. Meet the man so sordid in his crimes between Australia and England that some 19th century writers claimed he was none than Jack the Ripper. Get lost in the twisted tale of the Diamond King — a murder on Elizabeth street said to have opened
Pandora’s Box on Sydney’s civil society. And discover what strange secrets Harry was hiding in a bizarre case that once shocked the nation.

Just like the matching margaritas on the menu, this unique storytelling experience will keep things salty, spicy and sensational.

Tickets are $30 which includes a margarita on arrival.
